1. Service provided "AS IS"

The service is provided without any warranties, express or implied. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Data will never be lost or corrupted
• The service will meet your specific needs

2. Liability cap

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. For free tier users, liability is capped at $0.

3. No uptime guarantee

We don't provide SLAs. The service may go down for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. We don't owe you compensation for downtime.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. This includes:

• Illegal activities
• Spam or harassment
• Attempting to breach security
• Abuse of the service beyond normal use

5. We can terminate accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Paid subscriptions will be refunded pro-rata.

Self-hosting

If you self-host using the open source version, you're responsible for your own compliance with local laws and regulations.
